We sell a food that asks you to read the label. It would be a poor kind of contradiction to run a website you cannot read. We want every visitor — using a screen reader, a keyboard, a magnifier, or a phone in bright sun — to find the product facts, understand them, and buy or ask a question without a barrier in the way.
We build and test this site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1, Level AA. In plain terms: the site can be navigated by keyboard alone, text and interactive elements meet minimum contrast ratios, pages use semantic HTML so screen readers announce structure correctly, meaningful images carry descriptive alt text, and forms have proper labels.
AA conformance is a target we work toward continuously, not a certificate we hang on the wall once. We treat reported barriers as work to be done.
We would rather tell you where we know the site is imperfect than claim a clean bill of health we have not earned.
If you have hit a barrier, we want to hear it. Write through the contact page and pick “Accessibility” — every report is read by a person, not filed into a void. You do not need to diagnose the problem technically; tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. If you can, include your device and assistive technology, because that is what lets us reproduce it.
