Our Story
Why a chocolate bar is the sensible way to carry a bitter apricot kernel, and who makes it.
Eugene, Oregon
B17Chocolate started from a straightforward problem: apricot kernels are bitter, and most people who want them in their diet do not enjoy chewing them raw. Chocolate is the oldest answer there is to that problem.
So the bar is built around the kernel rather than disguising it. Four ingredients, 68% cacao, organic coconut sugar, and the amygdalin figure printed on the front of the box instead of hidden on the back.
Orders are processed on our Shopify store at HealthHarmonic.com and shipped from Eugene, Oregon by Future Tech Today Inc dba Health Harmonic.

Sister Brand
EatApricotSeeds sells the raw bitter seeds: California grown, air dried, tested pesticide and herbicide free. Same kernel, no chocolate, considerably more bitter.
People tend to arrive at one and end up with both — the can on the counter, the bar for when the raw seeds feel like work.

B17Chocolate.com is a brand site, not a storefront. Every purchase completes on HealthHarmonic.com, our Shopify store, operated by Future Tech Today Inc dba Health Harmonic.
